1. Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. The following items are not eligible for return:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your M-Pesa account.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product).

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Delivery fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank or M-Pesa. If the issue persists, contact us.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, we may have already processed your order for shipping.
